I'm a Brussels-based chef, recipe developer, cookbook author and food stylist. I'm cooking up simple, vibrant food and discovering the culinary world step by step.
My culinary carreer started in 2019 with an Internship at Superette, Ghent. After this experience i hosted my own pop-up 'Manon'. Afterwards i became a full-time private chef and caterer. In March 2022 i joined Nightshop Brussels. In between all of this, i published a cookbook called No Nonsense Food.
