My culinary carreer started in 2019 with an Internship at Superette, Ghent. After this experience i hosted my own pop-up 'Manon'. Afterwards i became a full-time private chef and caterer. In March 2022 i joined the wonderful team of Nightshop Brussels. In between all of this, i published a cookbook called No Nonsense Food.
